NANO PRO™ Automatic Rockwell Hardness Tester with Touch Screen

NANOSSR offers an Automatic Rockwell Hardness Tester. The Rockwell scale offers various scales, such as A, B, and C scales, each suited for different types of materials and hardness ranges. This tester is renowned for its ease of use, speed, and accuracy in determining hardness, making it widely utilized in manufacturing, metallurgy, and quality control area. Its versatility allows for quick and reliable assessments of material hardness, facilitating material selection and quality assurance processes in various industrial applications.

Main Features:

  • Utilizing electronic loading, high-precision sensors, and featuring a unique closed-loop control system.
  • The workbench automatically elevates, eliminating the need for manual rotation of the screw wheel.
  • Pressing the start button prompts the workbench to ascend automatically. Once the sample touches the indenter, it loads, unloads, and displays the hardness value automatically.
  • Equipped with a touchscreen interface for convenient operation, allowing direct selection of the hardness scale with force values automatically adjusted within the test parameters.
  • Automatically corrects each hardness scale into high, medium, and low sections based on standard hardness blocks.
  • Test force can be automatically corrected using a standard dynamometer.
  • Automatically applies the initial test force and the main test force.
  • Offers powerful data processing capabilities, including various hardness system conversions such as HR, HB, HV. It enables setting the acceptable range, automatic alert for exceeding limits, and input of tester and sample names.
  • Supports additional sample and test information. Measurement data is saved onto a USB drive in EXCEL format, allowing for easy editing and processing.
